Q: What do you do at Sidon? “I work with our clients through every step of the catering process. I start out by helping them build a menu that best fits their needs. Then, I coordinate with the team to make sure everything is on time and that every detail is accounted for. When the kitchen is finished preparing the order, I triple check everything and hand it off to the client or send it off for delivery! Additionally, I coordinate with clients when they want to reserve space at the restaurant for an event. We are currently working on a banquet space called Sufra by Sidon that will allow us to host larger and more personalized events. I’m really excited to be helping out with this project!
